Thank you for choosing Dacari Body. We are committed to delivering your natural skincare products safely and efficiently throughout the United States. Please review our shipping policy below.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

  • During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery (United States Only)

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Calculated at checkout

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $80

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when the order is placed.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at Dacaribody@gmail.com .


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Dacari Body is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at Dacaribody@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Dacari Body Natural is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

  3. Reach out to us for further assistance.


Damaged Items & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns.

However, if your order arrives damaged:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

  • Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund for the damaged product.

Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be processed or shipped.
